Before you begin
Prepare a clear contribution profile.
The application is designed to establish relevance, not to collect a large volume of documents.
You will be asked to describe your organisation or professional role, the focus areas connected to your work and the practical contribution you could make to regional knowledge exchange.

Explain what you can contribute through evidence, technical knowledge, research, standards awareness, capability development or institutional collaboration.

What happens to your application.
Submission does not create automatic membership. Admission remains subject to Executive Committee review and approval.
APNEA may request clarification when the membership route, sector relevance or proposed contribution requires additional context.

The application is recorded and an acknowledgement is sent to the email address provided.

The application is assessed for relevance, category fit and alignment with APNEA’s neutral, non-profit purpose.
Clarification
APNEA may contact the applicant when more information is needed to complete the review.
Decision
The applicant receives the outcome and, when approved, the next onboarding and participation information.
