APNEA reviews contribution interests for relevance, evidence quality, neutrality, disclosure and potential use. A contribution may support one activity or inform a future workstream.

Local rules, climate, infrastructure, capability, acceptance pathways or market conditions.

A bounded question that requires cross-sector or cross-market understanding.
